Trans-friendly bathing suits?

In school, we’re making bathing suits (I’m a fashion design student), and it got me thinking, my boyfriend is trans, and there are some drag queens in my classes, so why shouldn’t I make a trans friendly bathing suit collection.
So then I was wondering further. Is this a silly idea, and is it already an existing thing? Or is it a legitimately interesting idea that I should pursue as extra credit/a bid to help expose my classmates to the ideas of gender expression?
I was hoping for an opinion from the well versed <3

I’m a trans guy with a fairly large chest and I’d absolutely love a bathing suit that also worked as a binder—a shirt or something that I could wear with swim trunks would be amazing. I’d also love to be able to wear it with no t-shirt, but throwing a t-shirt over it would be great too, honestly. Anything.

Everything about this idea is awesome. I sadly know of no one who’s done it before. But I remember never swimming till after hormones and hating my body so much in a bathing suit.
I am a trans woman, and I haven’t gone swimming since I transitioned. This would be a really great thing for me.
